The ACTORACER LITE TL Driving School ist ein Motion Rig: Die Bewegung erzeugen hauseigene Aktoren, deren Anzahl unabhängiger Bewegungsrichtungen im Markt als DOF (Degrees of Freedom, Freiheitsgrade) beschrieben wird — von 3DOF bis 6DOF je nach Ausbaustufe der Motion Platform. Am Lenkrad steht Direct Drive mit dem jeweils angegebenen Nm Drehmoment; entscheidend für das Fahrgefühl ist die niedrige Latency zwischen Simulation und Bewegung, die zugleich Motion Sickness vorbeugt.
Als Sim Rig läuft der ACTORACER LITE TL Driving School mit den gängigen Titeln — iRacing, Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, rFactor 2, Le Mans Ultimate und Dirt Rally. Die Begriffe im Detail erklärt die technology behind the actuators.
